Most of my clients would say I am an “INVALUABLE” part of their pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum periods.

I am known by my friends and family as a strong woman with a variety of interests and talents. I'm a wife, a mother, a wine enthusiast, and even a fan of the New York Giants (LOL!). But above all else, I am passionate about caring for and working with people.

Imagine having your very own fairy godmother by your side, guiding you through the journey of childbirth! That's where I come in, as a Birth Doula, specializing in Hypnobabies Childbirth Hypnosis, and a Placenta Specialist. With me by your side, you can expect nothing but the best support and advocacy throughout your pregnancy and birth journey. Armed with all the information you need, you'll feel confident and empowered to make informed decisions that are best for you and your little one. From start to finish, I will do my best to make sure that your birth experience is nothing short of pure joy and unforgettable memories!

My passion for becoming a Doula began after giving birth to my daughter, Jessica. As a teenager, my labor and birth experience was fast and terrifying. I felt lost and out of control, with no idea what was happening. The medical staff was unhelpful and my doctor was absent, except for the midwife who cared for me. Her coaching, care and reassurance enabled me to control my birth and deliver my baby safely. This experience inspired me to become a Doula and provide the same level of care and support to others during their labor and birth. Everyone deserves a birth that is calm, peaceful, and full of joy. That is my goal as a Birth Doula!
