From 38 to 42 weeks, I am on-call, prepared to assist you as soon as active labor begins or if you request my presence at home. This guarantees that you receive continued support during this crucial time.

Experience emotional and physical support throughout labor. After your baby is born, I will stay with you for up to two hours to help with postpartum recovery and to assist with the first feeding of your newborn.

After you and your baby are settled at home, I provide an in-home visit. During this visit, we discuss your birth experience, assess family adjustments, and offer guidance on feeding your newborn, whether breastfeeding, chestfeeding, or bottle-feeding.

For 6 weeks postpartum, I am available via text or email to answer any questions, provide reassurance, and connect you with additional resources as needed.

Choose between the Raw or Traditional Chinese Method for placenta encapsulation. The placenta is dehydrated, ground into a fine powder, and carefully encapsulated to ensure secure closure for enhanced postpartum recovery.
