I am here to ensure you feel confident and prepared for childbirth. Together, we will create and refine your birth plan, dive into the ins and outs of labor, and practice various comfort techniques. By the end of our sessions, you will be well-equipped for a safe, healthy, and calm birth.

We will schedule another meeting to rehearse for the birth. This will give us the opportunity to fine-tune those birthing skills you've been mastering.

After hiring me, you can contact me through text, phone, or email. As your go-to person for all non-medical issues rest assured that I am always here to assist you. At 38 weeks I become available day or night till baby arrives.

I will support you during your labor and birth using comfort and coping methods. During your recovery, I continue my support for you and baby until you are both comfortable and resting.

Once you and the baby are settled at home, I'd like to come by at a time that suits you best. Whether you need emotional support, help with feeding, or any other assistance, I am here for you. If you need further support, I can connect you with the resources you may require.

A mileage fee will be charged on any round-trip mileage exceeding 50 miles from my home in Spencerport. Mileage fee is current IRS mileage rate.
What is Hypnobabies and Hypnobirthing?
Hypnobabies is a complete, comprehensive childbirth education course.Hypnobabies teaches you hypnosis techniques for a more comfortable pregnancy, a calm confident Birth Partner, and an easier, natural birthing. Hypnobirthing includes the best medical-grade hypnosis techniques, courses and audio tracks.
You will get 6 weeks, 3-hours per week, of childbirth education, learning all the techniques to put yourself into a hypnotic state to enjoy your birthing experience.
Hypnobabies is well-known for helping people create much shorter, easier and more comfortable labors, making childbirth the joyful experience it was meant to be.

What is a Hypno-Doula?
Hypnobirthing parents have special “hypno-needs”.
Many traditionally trained doulas are unaware of the cue words, techniques and other materials specific to the program. If non-hypnobirthing techniques are used during the birthing process, it could potentially compromise the birthing person’s training. A hypno-doula is trained in all these specific areas and can easily:
Train you to learn and use hypnotic deepening and pushing techniques.
Reinforce your practice of learned techniques, strengthening our bond.
Act as a link between you and hospital staff, explaining your needs, keeping distractions to a minimum, etc.
Help with Fear Clearing and hypno-cues during your Birthing Time.
Help you change positions to maintain your hypnotic state, using Birth Prompts and pre-selected “Lightswitch” and “Peace” cues.
